- Keep customer records up-to-date in our CRM, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to elevate the customer journey.
Qualifications
- A customer-first mindset with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
- Stellar communication skills—written, verbal, and even the occasional GIF.
- Experience with CRM tools and helpdesk systems (bonus points if you’ve dabbled with ServiceTitan, HubSpot, or similar).
- A natural ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage your time effectively.
- A collaborative spirit that thrives both independently and as part of a team.
